On what version of PAX will the training be held?

Version 80 and above

Who will run the TM1 training session?

Our courses are run by a senior consultant/trainer with 10 years of experience with IBM Cognos TM1.

Will you be providing any training manuals?

No, it is not necessary. Everything you need to learn is taught during the session.

Do I need to have PAW installed on my machine?

No, we will provide the link and the credentials to get into our server. You only need a PC/Laptop with an internet connection and a browser (MS Edge / Google Chrome / Firefox)

Do I need to have PAX installed on my machine?

Yes, if you have PAX on your machine then we will provide the URL to connect to our demo instance. If you don’t have PAX on your machine then we will provide the install files and someone from your IT team can install them for you.

Do I have to register for both PAX and PAW training?

No. You have the option to choose one of them or you can choose both.

What are the pre-requisites to joining these courses?

A basic knowledge of TM1 cubes.

Can I cancel my booked training time?

Once you make a booking you cannot cancel. However, you can transfer your booking to another person or move your booking to another date if one is available. Contact  media@octanesolutions.com.au.

Is GST included in the $39?

Yes. The price is inclusive of GST.

Booking individually can be tedious. If you need a group booking, contact us below and we will assist you with the invoice and payment methods
